FP009 Series Pitch System
wind turbine achieves large capture of wind energy through the control of blade pitch angle. The pitch system is the main brake system of the fan, and it plays a key role in reducing the load of the whole fan. FP009 series pitch system adopts electric pitch scheme. The system includes 3 pitch motors (DC or AC servo motors), 3 servo drivers, 3 sets of backup power supplies, corresponding encoders and sensors, etc., which can realize independent control of each blade.
pitch controller communicates with the main control of the fan through the CANOPEN, receives the instructions of the main control, and controls the driver to drive the pitch motor to drive the blade rotation. At the same time, monitor the operation of each component, and upload the information to the fan master.
