The FX023-C12RA23 data acquisition module is installed in the hub of a wind turbine generator set. It receives signals from the blade piezoelectric vibration sensors, processes the signals through data conversion, filtering, downsampling and other related procedures, and then transmits the vibration data and sensor status data to the main control system of the wind turbine via CANopen communication.

 

 

This module features real-time acquisition of blade vibration data, fault data storage, data query and download, parameter configuration, and other functions. It is used for piezoelectric vibration data acquisition and related protection of the turbine blades.
